We'd like for you to know a little more about our family/support staff members, people who you might meet or speak with at our office, especially for those of you with bilingual needs.
When you telephone or visit our law firm, the first person you will likely come in contact with will be our receptionist, Nancy. She has been with our firm since 1997.
With her prior years of experience owning and managing a restaurant, Nancy brings to our clients a caring and helpful approach. Nancy's knowledge of our firm helps in directing you to speak with the staff member who can best answer your questions or meet your concerns.
For those with bilingual needs, we have two support staff members who speak Spanish.
Olivia Hernandez, who is the legal secretary for attorney Jim Foley, has been with Hoey, Farina & Downes since 1992. Olivia is very knowledgeable on issues relating to injured railroaders and their families. Her family is from Mexico, and she speaks both English and Spanish, fluently.
Olivia plays a very important, and compassionate role in assisting our bilingual clients and their families during what are often very difficult times.
Our next bilingual support staff member is Cecilia Javonovich. Cecilia began working with our firm in 1998 as attorney Jim Farina's legal secretary. Cecilia was born in Chile and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her experience working with Mr. Farina offers our clients and their families invaluable insight, and a kindhearted approach, in matters of concern.
Should you or your family ever need our services, we will do our very best to meet all of your concerns and treat you as part of our family.
