& Farina is pleased to announce that we are again sponsoring the
H&F Charity Matching
Fund. |

Hoey & Farina's Charity Matching Fund was established in 2001 in response to the events of September 11. Since that time, over
$100,000 has been donated by our Straight Track subscribers, clients, friends and
H&F office family.
The Charity Matching Fund works as follows: If you would like to participate, mail us a check made out to the charity of your choice and include the charity's name, address and tax exemption ID number. We then will match the amount of your donation and forward both checks to the charitable organization. There are no administrative or fundraising costs -- 100% of the donations go to the charities.
The only restrictions are the following:
- The charity must be an established charitable organization with tax-exempt status.
- Your check must include the charity’s tax-exempt ID number.
- All checks must be submitted by the individual making the donation.
- HF&D’s total matching donation to any one charity will not exceed $1,250.
- HF&D will donate up to $25,000 in total matching donations.
- All requests must be received by this office no later than December 31, 2003 (watch out for slow mail during the holidays).
If you do not have a favorite charity, we recommend that you consider a donation to the
Alzheimer’s Association. As you may know, Dillon Hoey passed away on April 27 of this year, after a brief battle with cancer. The Alzheimer's Association was Dillon's favorite charity and we would appreciate any donations made in his memory.
If you have any questions on our Charity Matching Fund, please contact us at 888-425-1212, or via email us at

Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season!
Very truly yours,
James L. Farina
