Frank E. Van Bree began his railroad legal career on the former Monon Railroad in 1963. After that railroad merged into the Louisville & Nashville Railroad in 1971, Frank was in charge of FELA and tort litigation for the L&N until 1978. Since 1978, he has practiced exclusively as plaintiff’s counsel in the area of FELA litigation and claims.
Frank became Of Counsel to Hoey & Farina in 1993. Frank is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky. Frank has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and a number of U.S. Appellate and District Courts throughout the United States.
